Be mindful

It is stated that we should learn to sit back and observe things as they really are, as not everything needs a reaction. However, this is hard to do as we get used to being distracted. Anyway, we can manage our reactions to what we see, hear, smell, touch and think of by being mindful of things, starting from moment to moment; bear in mind, “One moment can change a day, one day can change a life and one life can change the world.”
